This is a case where Kamata Kogyo centralized the construction management of large-scale renovations and thoroughly managed the schedule to complete the project according to the customer's requests. The delivery date for the new equipment to be introduced was already set, and we were struggling to find a way to complete the renovation work, including partition work and other ancillary construction, by the deadline. Therefore, we proposed to centralize the construction management of all works to ensure completion by the deadline. As a result, we were able to complete all construction before the introduction of the new equipment. [Issues] ■ The delivery date for the new equipment was already determined, and all construction had to be completed by that date. ■ The types of construction were diverse, including partition work, air shower installation, floor coating, and sheet shutter installation.
